Thank you Enigma for recognizing that there is excessive use of force, a lot of comments that I've read before will say that it was always justified, I don't believe that to be the case all the time....
@@SarahAbramova Yes, but after they started to arrest him for not showing it. I am not even sure if they were arresting him originally - they may just have wanted to handcuff him and detain him for an investigation. But then he started resisting.
