My mom had dementia for 10 years and this is exactly how it started with her. Jumbled words, her gait was stiff like his, that blank stare, periodic confusion. But sometimes she acted coherent and fine. If I had to put money on it he has front temporal lobe dementia.

He is not capable of making the decision to resign. We have no hesitancy to yank a driver's license if someone is incapable of driving. Why can we not have a panel of doctors that certify that he cannot run this powerful country? Since those commands were unlawful, said citizen did not need to comply and after that the cop pulled a gun on said innocent unarmed citizen. If you think cops should have the right to go up to any individual, give commands and question them and pull guns on them when they refuse, you should try moving to north korea.
