Humans would be pushed to their edge as they will struggle for basic necessities. The texts tho sounds ambiguous in KalkiPuran but it really indicates to Nuclear Apocalypse which will have severe impacts on the environment, and there is a high chance that Kali may operate through AI*

My theory is that we have the power to bend this. The last few humans will live like this. Short lifespans could mean two things both: Humans from well off places will have a minimum age to transform themselves, while those from not so well off places will die. However horrible it sounds, this could be a way to bend what is told. Let the few bad humans who don’t deserve good things not be transformed, while the rest be transformed. By ‘transform’, I mean turning ourselves into some new species, or even cyborgs, that we won’t be homo sapiens anymore.

Raja Parikshit was never bad and never did bad deeds. Parikshit was guarded by the great lord himself when he was in Uttara's womb. A child who was pretected by the lord himself cannot make a single bad deed. As you mentioned Kali didn't ask any permission. Parikshit came to know about Kali by his divyagyan and he was about to kill Kali but the sages stopped him and explained about kaliyug as the only yuga by which jeeva can attain moksha by only namasmaran (chanting names of divine lord). Even after this Parikshit was furious against Kali because he was aware of all the bad things that's going to happen so Parikshit cursed Kali that he would be only getting places where tamasik people (people with zero knowledge of God ) lived, where people are filled with lust of worldly desires, and where people enjoyed their bodily pleasures... Parikshit never did a single bad deed except one... (Putting a dead snake on Rushi Shamika)... This is also not considered bad, if you wanna know why ask me I'll explain. It's not wrong; How did he put snake on sages neck?? It's cause of Kali. As by that time Kali had already entered in prakshits crown..due to gold. And as Kali was on his crown, when sage did not open his eyes even after calling him, prakshit got ego in his mind, cause of Kali, and rest is history. So the story is true. The demon name is not kali It's koli ! It's Koli yug not Kali yug ! King Parikshit was king of whole world . Once while hunting King Parikshit encountered Koli Purush who asked him for a new shelter other than his places of gambling , prostitution , vice and immoral relationship . King Parikshit allowed him to reside in gold . Though he asked him to reside in gold the crown of King happened to be of gold . eventually Koli Purush entered King's mind . As the king crossed paths he saw sage Shamika meditating and asked him the whereabouts of a deer which he was hunting . But the sage did not respond as he was meditating. Angry at this Parikshit tossed a dead snake around the sage's neck due to the ill effects of Koli Purush in his mind . The sage had a son named Shringi who heard this incident from another sage's son named Krisa . He became furious as he didn't know the deceit played by Koli Purush . He cursed Parikshit to die of a snakebite in seven days for disrespecting his father Rishi Shamika .
You are horribly wrong. Go read bhagwat puran. Kali couldn't face king parikshit. His era was delayed due to king parikshit as he was pandava blood line. As a compensation, he was granted limited places but not allowed to spread. Kali waited for parikshit death. After pandava blood line, no other king had this power to delay and restrict kali.

I truly believe that Allah is real. He is the real Kali. How else can there be a religion with no logic and even people with strongest willpower bow to it. No one escapes Kali's influence.
