Been working on Kingdom of Rust by Doves to practice this very beat, (not really into country!). Also involves closing high-hat with the loud snare hit. It's very tough, requires serious stick control to keep it consistent and get the dynamics right for the duration of the song. Can't find the link to your full tutorial on this on your channel.

It's a challenging beat. The best way to develop it is to practice very slow. One second between each snare hit, and that will program your muscles and mind. Do that for 15 minutes with a timer ⏲️ This is the full tutorial. There is also RU-vid short that is 59 seconds of this video, but this is the full one.
