@@turbojon8117 didnt know, the chinese dont use the new life rule. I think this is why most of their gymnasts crumble under pressure in international stage.
she’s tbh one of the best vaulters in china already believe it or not less than 5 gymnasts in the whole of china can do a 5.0+ vault, before their all rounders used to all be able to do at least a dty, now ur a vault specialist if u can do dty
i think doing the pirouettes are still worth it though. because in 2019 when she did not perform the two pirouettes before the piked jaeger, her score would be around 14.000-14.300. now since she’s added the two pirouettes her score has been ranging from 14.600-14.800
in general the chinese insistence of having those in their routine is what costs them the podium. if you look back china has really not been a major contender on bars all quad besides Fan. To be honest, China has become the powerhouse on beam because they really have learned how to use the code to the best advantage each quad, but they for whatever reason are unable to break from their cookie cutter bar routines which is too bad because it holds back their score
@@LatinFratGuy1 no. It is because their difficulty is below other. Usually, Chinese do great on one arm pirouette. Li shijia just upgrade her bar and she need more time to perfecting it. I bealive she can improve on the next view month. I thing she showing us what she capable of doing. She just need more time to make it perfect
The qual scores are added, and she got like 57.698, while during the final she got 54.866 (basically three points less). Nonetheless was enough for bronze with 112.564. Silver was Zhang Jin (56.598+55.998=112.596) and gold Lu Yufei (56.932+56.765=123.697).
These Chinese girls on floor may get cause an upset in the Tokyo AA just by clinching a medal with sticking those "easier" (not really easy, but easier than what people expect thanks to the US girls' dominance on floor) passes on floor cold
I don't think Chinese is weak on floor. Ou yushan have 5.6 without her siliva and Lu yufe have 5.4 with great excecution. Of course she is behind USA and Russia on floor, but not that much. The thing than can make China upset is if they doesn't hit her beam.
@@lonelyhorse5313 Hmm you don't have to be a US stan to acknowledge that the US have a much higher scoring potential on fx because of their strong tumbling.. the Chinese definitely can get high execution scores though!
