As a vegetarian I absolutely love this channel, and the recipies are so easy to make, that I find myself a lot more motivated to make dinner in stead of just eating rugbrød, havregryn med mælk or fry some eggs and eat raw carrots, fruits and nuts. It gets a bit boring over a period of time lol, so thank you.
I once had a patient who was a fitness fanatic and refused to drink any apart from Carrot juice. He eventually died of carotene poisoning. At the time of his death his skin, nails, teeth, plasma and the whites of his eyes were all orange. Carrot consumption in high doses is very dangerous.

Did you ever tried turkish lentil soup or turkish tomato soup, turkish yogurt soup. We even have something called tarana its a fermende soup made out of tomatos and bell pepers.
Very good and tasty! I added a pinch of rosemary, thyme & oregano, some garlic granules then miso with the stock, so delish! Quick and easy to cook too, thank you.
To discard the greens of the carrots is a major mistake, they are very rich in nutrients, they can be added to the soup, sauteed, i Salads... check it out!
