ingredients for pita bread:
500 grams of flour (half a kilo)
150 ml warm milk
1 natural Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
20 grams fresh yeast
Ingredients for the chicken:
6 boneless chicken thighs
1 Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika with or without spice
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon onion
1/2 teaspoon cumin

1 Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Coriander, parsley or oregano (if you like)
