My thoughts on the 3rd story: imo your in the wrong, it’s not just your wedding, it’s you and your fiancé’s wedding as well. you can’t make big decisions like uninviting people (then proceeding to lie about it) especially someone important to your significant other. also, you can’t just say “i think he’s just spacing out,” when you were literally told he had an illness. and do you seriously think your fiancé would stand by his friend during the entire wedding? this is something that could’ve easily been discussed with one another instead keeping this from him. what if he finds out during the wedding?
The request was reasonable though. Look, if your illness is something that could/will disrupt my wedding than you are probably uninvited. That doesn't mean I don't like the person, it just means I want my wedding day to go smoothly.
