Sorry to know about you and your husband stress and health issues. I suffer from migraines so I understand the pain. I also suffer from angioedemas since the time I was about to have my second baby. I have visited two different allergist immunologist but none was able to find what causes them. God bless you, your husband and your entire family ❤️!

Hi, look up Oral Allergy Syndrome. It has a few other names too. If it's only salad and fruit but you are ok with other things it could be that. It's similar to what I have. You can be allergic to Birch tree, weeds, pollen with their related foods. It's crazy what you find when you research food allergies. If you are ok with cooked veges but not raw, cooking can change the igE protein. Avocado seems to only be on the Latex fruit syndrome one. They can also cross over. Unfortunately I've been told if you are getting tests done that you need to be eating the foods to get the best accurate results. If it doesn't effect your breathing etc you could try things you suspect are a problem and keep notes of your response. Obviously if it's severe you may want to be tested under supervision. I was reacting to alot of things. I had a few different blood tests before we got on the right track. If you are getting gut issues or your responses are more delayed that a few minutes to a couple of hours it could be intolerance rather than allergies. I did alot of research but don't always retain what I read. I basically had to work most of it out to tell the doctor and Allergy specialist and now dietitian. They thought I had the oral allergy one but that didn't add up. The latex one did as there's so many other weird things on that. Including Latex. Thank you for your prayers. Our faith in Jesus is what keeps us going. Please let me know what you find out. I wanted to tell my story with the hope that it might help somebody. This type of food allergy is rarely talked about and lack of awareness is harmful. Take care. 🌞

I'm pretty sure it's coconut and avocados and chia seeds because last week I was eating that and then this week I stopped and I felt a thousand times better. I have high cortisol because well I let stress get to me at times and I been trying to give it to the Lord so if you could also pray for me that would be great. They also diagnosed me with low iron but I find it hard to digest. They want to take my uterus ( without factual diagnosis) and I put my foot down and said no because I believe the shot was the culprate and sure enough back in july I got sick and it lasted three months this time unlike any other time in the past but for the first time since the shot my lady issues resolved. I'm not anti shot but my theory was accurate in my opinion. I know it was also Jesus hearing my prayer. Last month, I slipped and almost broke my ankle so I been taking it easy and for me that's difficult( I have an ASD kiddo) and made me realize how blessed I am to have mobility. Life challenges are difficult but we must keep our eyes on Jesus. I will rejoice and be glad in it. That's my mantra when I feel like I need a reset. I personally don't rejoice as much as I should but as of lately reading the Bible seems to be my medicine. We shall see what they say this go around. Thanks for the info many symptoms you shared turned the light bulb on for some of my food issues.
