I'll have to give Marion Bay a go... We're over for a week on the Yorke Pen end of July. It's a bit far to go for the day trip... Stansbury was a push as it was. The glow tiger works great in clear water and on sunny days.
Great stuff m8 glad to see you using sfactor. Glow tiger looks great as for destination wallaroo or port Vincent on the kayak absolutely love the clips keep it up
Thanks for the amazing tip re using S Factor on the squid jigs. 💯 works. Love Pt Vincent. Will be there as a base for a week fishing YP at the end of july. Yep the glow tiger is a great choice.
Ah, very good choice. I don't believe the dynamite white is currently available. But I am a fan of that one, too! If you follow James Fishing Adventures or Nevs Fishing, they have a decent amount of dquid fushing vids in Vic for you to see if there are some any other spots worth trying on Vic. Good luck.
I must get down on the Fleurieu at some point... It's a long drive from Barossa way for a day trip. Before my channel, I tried Blowhole Beach without much success... but I need to maybe go stay a week down Victor and give a few locations a go. Thanks for the inspiration and vote of confidence! Tight lines!
Hey, thanks for the positive feedback. I really enjoy eating them. I freeze all the guts for burley and use the heads and tentacles for bait. King George Whiting love the fresh, soft candle tentacles (the really long ones) as bait.
Oh wow, I want to try squid off the beach. Never really tried that before. Thanks for the tip. Someone suggested I do the same on my Black Point video. Great to have people share their experience! Hopefully see you out there soon...
First time viewer and really enjoyed the content. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be trying the s-factor on my squid jigs. My favourite squid location is St Leonards Pier in Victoria. Keen to try out the glow tiger.
Glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I was surprised with the S Factor tip too... But I stand by it. Just googled St Leonards and that looks like an awesome spot.
Hi @amifsud (Adrian), Congrats on winning one of the 2 Inku Squid Tackle prizes this week. Please send to me on mattsfishingescapes@gmail.com a screen shot of you logged into your RU-vid account and your best postal address for deliver. I will reply to the email with tracking information.
I was going to keep going to Wool Bay on this trip. That was my original plan. But decided to stop at Stansbury. The glow tiger is an awesome colour. 👌

Yeah pretty tough conditions. I am glad the audio held up. The DJI wireless mics were def worth the investment. After 4 donut sessions it was good to get a win. Especially with a 5hr drive round trip! Thanks for the support!
@@터키어-x6l Thanks for the support! I am mainly land based fishing around South Australia. I am a big fan of Mel... Hopefully, you like my videos. They will be a bit slow for a week or two as I have COVID.
Great to see you broke your doughnut run. My favourite squid spot would be Wallaroo or really anywhere on the Yorke peninsula, I’m thinking the glow tiger would be a great jig to own.
I haven't had much action at Wallaroo on the squid in the past. Will be sure to try again at some point. Often, the water is pretty clear there, so the glow tiger would be perfect with its UV glow.
Ardrossan. Green has been my most successful colour, last 2 outings I got my limit. Mulloway, squid, whiting (kg and yellowfin), tommies, snook and crabs in season are all caught from the jetty, probably flathead in sandy patches too.
I often stop off at Ardrossan on my way home from my YP day trips. What a great mix of fish. I haven't heard about too many mulloway caught o YP. Glad you are having so much success! Keep it up!
@@MattsFishingEscapes only consistent I know is the end of Ardrossan jetty, but as mentioned I don't target them so I'm no real help on that one. I'd guess the surf beaches down south would hold some too - another guy from work was targeting salmon for bait down there ready for a far west coast mulloway trip and he landed a 1m mully
Love Stansbury and Wool Bay for squid. We'll be there later in the year when the crabbing is on too. I like the look of the glow tiger but especially the red devil. Great video as always Matt and a good feed!
Yes, I was planning for this visit to go to Wool Bay, but ended up stopping at Stansbury. The Red Devli is great in the dirtier water, whereas the glow tiger dominates in the clearer water.
Great video Matt! Love a good squid. Being a WA boy, I usually head down to Hillarys Boat Harbour for some squidding and fishing generally. Went last night and even though it was extremely cold here, it was nice and calm - but only hooked on to a Port Jackson shark (and safely returned to the ocean). The glow tiger jig looks like a charm!
Cheers for the positive feedback. I'd love to get over to WA for a fish at some stage. All the fishing over there on RU-vid looks great. I really enjoy watching salty fishos channel. Hillary's Boat Harbour looks like a lovely spot! The glow tiger would go amazing there!
