There are many ways of cooking lobsters but I think steaming is the best way to preserve the fresh taste of lobster. It’s actually quite easy to make. With the right timing, lobster meat is dense yet tender. It’s juicy and tastes sweet.
Direction:
Soak vermicelli in warm water to soften up
Mince garlic
Cut the shell of lobster tails from the middle
Season minced garlic: add black pepper, salt, and a little oil
Season vermicelli: Add sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oil to a plate. Put vermicelli in and mix them well
Put lobster tails on vermicelli with shell side up, add seasoned minced garlic
Steam with high heat for 8 minutes if you use a ceramic plate or for 5 minutes if you use a stainless steel plate.
Take lobster out to prevent overcooking
