I am suspecting lola is either an Indian ,Asian or an Arab mostly likely an Asian her name gives of Philippine girl trying to fit in a foreign country with the first basic name she finds vibes but still that is just a theory.
My opinion on the husband being mad at Lola it makes me upset because this is giving me white man married a woman of color without understanding what she does in her household I think the wife has every right to be upset he was being disrespectful and I don't know why he expected her to let that slide I think the guy should tell his wife he cheated don't waste her time man mostly let lust get the best of them not only is he horrible by cheating but he's gonna make his wife feel like she's not good enough
As an Indian, this is how I eat, there is nothing wrong here, just the man having no clue how other culture work and thinking his way is the only way is so stupid and rude.

The story where the kids use their hands to eat.......I eat with my hands. As long as you wash yours really well before and after, who cares. I love eating with my hands. I think it's a great way to respect your food and the animals that gave their lives for the meal. I also make sure to thank the animals for their sacrifice; In my culture (native American) it's always a respect to thank the animals. But I don't always eat meat either. Most meat I just can't eat because it makes me sick. But regardless of what I'm eating I always use my hands and thank nature for the meal it's given me. Weird? Not really lol 🤣
