I remember making bricks like this guy. I am sure he is definitely close to my home. He is probably doing this close or exactly at a place called Karantini, Kenya
I remember when i was a wee lad, pops would bring his bitches around and we would sing Princess had a little lamb. Well wed print out bricks by yelling at the girls to dance while we worked.
So nice and no system is dectating him that mud bricks is not bricks and is not according to regulations like this stupid Western Cape whereby they enjoy seeing people leaving in shacks and they leave in Beach houses build by the same people who leaves in shacks.
I asked him about the same and you can't believe...he says this is his way of working out at the gym ...he's proud of his work and you can't change it.
My comment was based on common knowledge. Doing this over a long period I can think of many health issues that could arise, however, I suggest that you share the video with your doctor and ask that question.
@@DaTHorn HUH? You can’t answer my question? I wasn’t doubting you, I was asking a question out of curiosity you ding dong. I guess you don’t really know what the health issues are since you refuse to share with me 🤡
Hi Pablo...when moulding is done ..the bricks are dried under a shed and then later fired in the kiln to make it waterproof and durable for construction
It's like any cob - you can use grass in there too, and lime and ash to make it more durable, but even without, you have a wide roof on your house so it doesn't get rained on, it's good.
So they dont shoot themselves or steal, sell each other drugs, riot or loot? God bless you my brother I wish i could trade you and all your family and you live here as my neighbor!
Oh my! That poor person. You can tell he hates doing that but probably has to in order to eat that day. It’s sad some of the conditions we put other people in other countries in. I’m sorry. I feel bad for him.
Hallo Ann ...thanks for the comment but truth is he's earning his coin while giving service... Even in other developed countries people do that job even drilling pit latrines ..
Hi Anna - I'd much rather do hands on work (craft) than in an office for a corporation who make unnecessary items that help turn the money machine for ((them)) - if we were all self sufficient, we'd hardly be in competition or fighting with anybody. Only those that create competition and have hate and greed in them cause most people' suffering in the world these modern times. I'm going back to the Flintstone era with my advanced knowledge, I hate high tech anyways. Wishing you much love and light !
I am from sweden and my grandfather remembers when his family did this to make bricks for chimneys and fireplaces. Sadly it stopped in the 50s, when we stopped building traditional houses like our ancestors and switched to modern houses. The modern houses are not better! The old ways are best and people here in sweden are relearning how to do things by hand and heart. So if anyone tells you its better to build with modern materials, they are stupid!
@@Michael-it6gb that house wasn't build properly then i demolished a 150 year old house just few years ago.. and it had wooden nails.. so hard to take it down
Fire bricks require blending in more sand and or ground pot shards (grog) and firing to 2.500 degrees Fahrenheit. Reaching that temperature is the hard part with wood and a coarse kiln.
Yes good question @@stevejohnstonbaugh9171 A recipe for fire bricks, say for an oven or cooking place, or fireplace is a nice recipe to know for 'fire bricks'.
