No it isn't. If you have dress clothes that you want to keep looking expensive, you put them back on the hangers instead of dropping them on the floor.
@Terri Seaton 😂 I've been watching a mixture of organizing, minimalist, and simple living type of videos. The Minimalist Mom, Madisun Grey... I can't even remember some of them at the moment. But there are so many youtube channels about organizing and dollar tree hacks. I've been obsessed. It's helped a lot! I've gotten rid of 8 bags of trash, 4 large trash bags of clothes to donate, and 4 boxes of toys to donate.
@Terri Seaton what I've realized is it's all about decluttering not organizing. As long as you don't have a tone of stuff then it will naturally be organized! Get rid of that dream version of yourself and focus on your reality self. It helps!
@@v31.48It doesn’t need to be washed all at once. You don’t wait for all of your clothes to get dirty to do laundry. It’s seems like that would be common sense.
Tbh I‘m a shopaholic and I own way more than the person in this video - like at least 5-6x of that amount - and it‘s just tiring. People portray shopaholism as something glam & fun but it really isn’t. It feels like your own mind forces you to buy all these stuff or else something bad will happen. Needless to say, I‘m in debt, I have way more clothes than 1 person could ever wear, and it literally takes my sleep away at night. Also I can‘t ever find my stuff because it’s impossible to organize them all in a tidy way in my single room. I have big trouble getting rid of all that stuff too, I hamster all of these things I (logically) know I won’t need again simply because I feel like something terrible will happen. I started a therapy for shopaholics though, I want to get better and declutter my wardrobe and my whole life ❤️🩹❤️🩹 and yes despite having all this clothing I still walk around 24/7 looking like Adam Sandler bc I don’t even wear 90% of it 😪 i really hope i will be able to quit it
LISTEN PLEASE TIME IS RUNNING OUT *** PEOPLE A MESSAGE OF LOVE FOR YOU ***. Time runs out and the door of grace closes. CHOOSE WHO YOU ARE GOING TO SERVE TODAY!!! ***You must reconcile with God the Father, and you can only do through his face and his only son JESUS OF NAZARETH***, which has nothing to do with **NO RELIGION** He wants you to meet him and make him the Lord of your Life to save you. Beautiful people, terrible judgments are coming to earth, please look for Him now in his word which is the BIBLE. Yes it is, although men have done and undone in its name. READ IT YOURSELF begin with John and Romans after praying this sentence: “Lord Jesus, with my mouth I declare that you alone are my Lord and Savior. Become the Lord of my life, I give myself completely to you beloved Messiah, change my heart of stone for one of flesh and reveal yourself to me, please, I want to meet you and be reborn. I not only want to believe that you died on that cross for my sins and rose on the third day, but I want to prove it so that you open my spiritual eyes and let me know that you are ALIVE and that you are no longer on a lifeless cross, YOU ARE ALIVE AND YOU ARE COMING. PLEASE GIVE ME A PERSONAL ENCOUNTER WITH YOU AND MAY THE PROMISE OF ISAIAH 30:22 BE FULFILLED IN ME. I ask you, Lord, that if I still do not understand your word, direct me to a true Christian who will teach me to have a true relationship with you, studying the word myself and knowing and applying it in my day to day life. AMEN AND AMEN. Amen and amen"
Dios tenga misericordia. 🙏🙏😥😠😠
❤ When i finally organized my closet it was such a relief. Those velvet hangers give you so much room to hang clothes. Toss those plastic ones as they take up space!!!! Well done🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤
Exactly, this isn't my type of video, but I kept watching to see her shoes at the end. I bet they look amazing in the clear organizers. Is there a part 2 with them in it?
Having an organised closet, a clean house, or even a made bed is all about discipline and consistency 😊 Without it, everything will go back to the mess you used to be 😏
for real though… just under a grand for only the shoe boxes. 50 bucks a pop? i try to not spend that on the actual shoes. let alone the price of the shoes he puts in the boxes 🫠
@@Katjusha_sav ну и что? что она чистая никогда не понимала зачем обувь наверх? Она не чище футболки точно... обувь наверху а футболки пыль внизу метут...
They are NOT rich. That’s just where they spend their extra money. I think it’s crazy to do that but hey, we all spend our money based on our priorities. Weird as this one may be.
@@frisco61 they ARE rich. 80% of world’s population live on less than 10$ a day. That closet would not be possible in that amount of time if they lived like that.
Try hanging your clothes in color order. You almost had it but instead of separating the patterns from the solids, put pieces that are patterned at the end of the primary color, then move to the next color and repeat. Example: hang all your solid white shorts first then pattern shirts with the color white as the primary. Then, hang all your solid cream shirts, then pattern cream. Then, solid yellow, followed by pattern yellow, etc…….followed the color wheel as your guide. Make sure the hue within a specific color goes from light to dark so that way when you move to the next color, the separation is more seamless. Example: in the yellow catalog, start with solid pale yellow, move to butter yellow, then bright yellow, then mustard yellow and so forth, ending with your pattern yellows in the same hue graduation from light to dark…..yellow mixed with white, then yellow mixed with pink, then yellow mixed with green, then yellow mixed with blue then ending with yellow mixed with black. Once you get the hang of color organization, your Closest will look even more custom….not to mention it’s WAY easier to find what you’re looking for!!! Best of luck
I do this all the time! Then I go by color coding. Put summer clothing to the back. There are hanging clothes lines to put more than one item of the hanger!
@@SuzyQ1979 Ok, maybe that’s what’s throwing me off, you have your seasons mixed. That’s something I don’t do only because I have the space option not to. You may not, so that’s understandable. I also don’t hang outfits together on the same hanger, so that’s also why my eye wasn’t gliding across the bar too. Since you’re sharing a closet, I get that space is limited which is why you’ve organized that way. You did a really nice job. Pls. don’t feel I’m being hard on your accomplishments. I was just trying to offer further helpful tips. I’ve spent a decade in retail, so organization by type & color is second nature to me but at the same time I have 6 closets, so my experience with how to line stuff up may not translate completely. Apologies, no offense intended!!
@@charliem.7492 I know it may sound like a lot or even perhaps insane to some people, you’re absolutely right but to anyone from the retail world or anyone who’s experienced professional closet organization, this is every day life. It takes a bit to master this style and good discipline to maintain it but in the end, it’s way more efficient and cost effective to do it this way. First, it makes getting dressed a snap because everything is in its place - you’re not searching all over the closet for that specific green shirt you know you bought months ago, so you can literally get dressed in half the amount of time! Second, it saves you from spending too much money on same color items over & over once you realize you have 10 blue shirts already, so you should buy a chocolate brown one instead because you don’t have any of those. This puts you in a position of shopping with a purpose, rather than on impulse because if you don’t find a chocolate brown shirt in the store you’re in, then you move on - which is a wiser use of your time and cash. I‘be been doing this for 50 years. It’s like falling off a log by now. But don’t feel bad if it’s not your cup of tea….. I’ve raised 3 boys and NONE of them can do it yet either…..and the oldest is 35!! LOL Good Luck - Best Wishes
This used to be my closet. I always felt better after I reorganized. We went to a more minimalist lifestyle, and I haven't dealt with this for years. Do what makes you happy, by all means, I just had to laugh at myself that my first reaction was to get rid of 75% of what's there.
My semi minimalist self is like man this person has more clothes on the bottom rack than my entire wardrobe 🙂😁 but I love the organization, color coordination and shoe cabinets. Really cool results tfs 🙂
