I watched Interstellar for the first time back in 2020 and it's been my all-time-Favourite movie ever since I looked up and watched a thousand explainer videos right after. I've been wanting to make fanart on this for a while now and have been procrastinating. It wasn't until I re-watched the movie a while back with friends did I get motivated to dedicate a large poster as a tribute to this film. I love Interstellar so much that I even learnt "cornfield chase on the piano and even wanted it playing in the background of my narration, but was worried about copyright so l decided to leave it out. I am in awe as to the methods and filming techniques Christopher Nolan used to create the movie. I hope you enjoy my oil painting version of it as much as I did making it.
Interstellar is a movie that is very close to my heart as it never fails to make me cry and the plot, visuals, soundtrack, characters etc are all so well thought-out. More specifically, Cooper's bond with Murphy always provides a form of escapism for me. Which is why in the video, I show you a Timelapse of my process as well as me narrating some fun facts about it!
