First, congrats on your pulls!! Also, I've noticed that you asked for some advice for Nilou and how to build her. For weapons, her signature weapon is the best. But others, 1. Freedom-Sworn 2. The Dockhand's Assistant 3. Xiphos' Moonlight 4. Iron Sting (F2P Option) are really good for her too! For the artifacts, Tenacity of the Millelith x2, Vourukasha Vourukasha's Glow x2 are good so far. Artifact main stats, HourglassSands: HP% or Energy Recharge, Goblet: HP%, Circlet: HP%. Artifact Main stats are HP%, Energy Recharge, Flat HP, Elemental Mastery. For energy recharge, I recommend you to make it 170 or above. For her team, nahida + kokomi + yelan + Nilou, or replace yelan with collie. Hope this helps you :)!!!

For Nilou go full hp% on every mainstat you can go 2 piece 2 pice hp% for substats priorities hp% / EM/ Energy recharge and flat hp for weapon go for something with hp% or if you don't have any EM and for talents you can go without upgrading them but if you would like to go skill than elemental burst. And also it's really adviced to get her to level 90 because of how bloom calculations work and also to get more hp. Hope that was helpful 🙂 (also to add if your team has energy issues go fav on her)

As someone who mains Nilou I run her with Kokomi, Nahida and Collei, Dendro Traveller works well too but I prefer to use Collei personally. In terms of artefacts you want to stack her hp and ofc her best option for weapons is her signature but I find iron sting works great as well! Genuinely speaking however you always want to run Nilou with Nahida due to her dendro application. Good luck building both of them and hope you enjoying playing with them both :)
Honestly I used to use a switch controller, but the buttons being mapped as an Xbox controller used to get me so confused and I’d accidentally use my ultimate when just wanting to talk to someone lol. My fiancé brought me a blue ps5 controller to use with my iPad and I’ve not looked back :p

how do y’all already have wishes for nilou and navia 😭 but i love your kokomi stand and for nilou, she works really well with a dendro character so maybe kaveh or kirara would work! (other options ofc, like nahida, baizhu, etc) and she’s really easy to build so your in luck!!
just put triple hp stats on nilou with a mix of vorukasha's glow and tenacity of the milelith, which both give 20% hp, for weapons go with 1. Key of khaj-nisut 2. dockhand's assistant 3. Xiphos' and you can use iron sting as well. Talents do NOT need to be upgraded for her to do damage. She MUST be upgraded to lvl 90 for the maximum reaction damage. hope this helps.
to put it simply for how to use her, just keep pressing her skill until you can’t so she’ll have a hydro ring around her. then use ur other characters like whatever dendro and hydro you have on the team! then you can just attack with whoever until you need to refresh skills. nilous burst isn’t necessary to use but you can use it whenever you want, it’s very pretty!

Avid Nilou fan here! 1. Focusing on HP% is your best friend for her build. 2 pc HP sets, sands, and goblet help stack it up, with feather and flower having a focus on HP% as much as you can achieve. You'll be aiming for 50,000 HP which is the requirement to boost her Bloom dmg to max potential. IMO, ER% isn't that important even though a lot of people are encouraging it. (But well this highly depends on your team comp and how well they're battery for Nilou. You'd usually ult to proc Bloom, but heck, I don't really ult unless it's a time-crunch in abyss!) 2. You can keep her talents at LVL 1, it helps trust me. They're practically useless when it comes to her Bloom dmg scaling. 3. Her weapon can either be ER% or EM, but I prefer EM for her Blooms. You'll only ever consider ER% and upping her skills when you're planning to do Vape Nilou. I'm unfortunately not well-versed with Vape Nilou, but AFAIK they're considered if ever you're going for a reverse vape comp with her! For her teams, I totally recommend Nahida, Yelan, Xingqiu, YaoYao, Collei, Kokomi, and Dendro Traveler! If your Xingqiu is C6 then I recommend him over Yelan since his water application is better than hers, but if you want to use Yelan as a sub-dps and water app or Yelan AND Xingqiu, then go ahead! Nilou is also crazily tanky, which I cannot get over to this day. Like wym she can tank 6 critical hits and still be alive?! GO QUEEN NILOU! Yeah that's it, I'm totally not a fan of Nilou LOL. Hope you have fun!!
✓ Artifact: all you need is % HP (main stat or sub stat). Reach atleast 60k-70k+ HP ✓ Set artifact: use 20% hp + 20% hp ✓ Main team: only hydro + dendro to active her passive (super bloom). Best team: nilou, yelan/XQ nahida, baizhu ✓ Nilou weapon: key of katnisu is the best sword currently (tier S). It will give you tons HP + EM for all party ✓ How to play nilou: just use elemental skill three times until she get the ring of hydro. ✓ Tallent: All lv.1 (you dont need to upgrade her tallent, all she need = PASSIVE TALLENT) I use nilou all the time to beat the spirak abyss 36 star and she is absolutely beast. ❤❤❤❤
I sadly lost my 50/50 to Jean while pulling on Nilous banner and I am a low spender usually I win my 50/50s but i knew the streak would eventually come to an end 🥲
Congrats on your pulls! I got Nilou today at 80 pity. Crazy story all because of the 1.6k primos in the mail. I was og at 67 pity. I did a ten pull and C1 Kaveh, and I bought 3 more pulls with starglitter and stardust. And got Nilou at the last one! I was so shocked bc me and my friend were in a call, and she also got Jean pulling for Navia! We both saw each other's 5 stars on camera because we were sharing screen. I was so shocked and happy cuz Nilou is my fav hydro 5*! Now she's my main! And my friend is enjoying Jean's yeeting mechanic lol💀
I suggest using her in a team with collei because it’s makes bloom and it does a great deal of damage with those two that just my suggestion you can ofc do what you want
I was saving for zhongli and pulled on navias banner to build pity and got her (to level 80 now and one of my strongest party members) so now I’m on a 50/50, if I lose I hope for Tighnari! Probably gonna pull on Kazuha til I either win or lose my 50/50 and then pull on Kinichs if I win then Zhongli. (Hopefully Venti Afterwards) btw, since you have Nilou do you plan on getting her new skin?

I was on 10 pity, pulled for Kaveh and Kirara on Nilou Banner, first 10 pulls I got Nilou and Kaveh😂 have never been this lucky, I didn't even want nilou😂

I wanted kaveh or ningguang but instead of having one of them i always got kirara cons i hate this game and i cant even pull now cuz im at 71 pity and i dont want nilou and navia
I had it, and for games like Genshin, it’s "okay." I played on medium-low graphics and got between 45-60 fps, although the experience wasn't super smooth. For studying and reading manga, it’s really good.
