No need to worry Jhansi. Your baby is absolutely doing good and reaching his milestones. There is no hard and fast rules for babies Speech development. Your baby is doing more than two gestures, which is more than enough. Just follow the tips which I have shared in this video for speech development that is enough😊👍

Sis ma babu ki 18mnths he asks for water nd drinks wid glass by himself gives soap whn it falls dwn during his bath plays with water during bath eats food also silently comes to kitchen nd opens cupboard nd takes all the spoons nd utensils plays with toys also, kisses his father nd me also whnevr he likes.eeshan aditya is my kid name whn he is 12 mnths old use to listn to me use to repeat watevr words i say now he is saying only eeshu, A, B , amma rarely whn he cries or hungry mstly mamama... recently said babu word, but whn i count 1234...need to come inside baby will come whn i call his name he is not lkng prevsly he use to look in his 16 mnths but claps nd laughs himself by watching tv only but if his fthr or me or grand parents comes to home means he will go laughs nd claps nd asks his fthr or me to hold him later goes silently.climbs upstairs by himself but coming downstairs he will get aftraid nd sits on steps nd slowly comes dwn by crawlng ,whn he sees his fthr/me/a ny gng outside he cries is he delay in speech therapy ?

No need to worry, ma. It seems your baby doesn't have a speech delay. If you are showing screen time, try to reduce it or eliminate it completely. Follow all the tips mentioned in this video for speech development.

Thanks for sharing your concern! While it's true that excessive screen time can be addictive, there are plenty of healthy alternatives and strategies to balance it out. It's all about finding a good balance and setting limits. In this video I'm telling to avoid screen time till 2years because most of their brain development happens during this phase, if you give them screen time it'll show negative Effects on brain development. After 2 years we can give minimal screen time with our supervision so that babies won't feel that we are hiding screen time and chances to get addicted to that is very minimal👍
