He'll just keep on breaking his own world records at this point. I don't think any other speedcubers will match this. Except maybe 6 year olds from China. Lol
On the bright side, he probably has reduced nerves which will let him get even faster times in the future! Zayn probably and most likely will get a sub 0.9 Ao5 soon!
@@cuberootme He predicted this actually. After winning Monkey league. It was like , Philip Lewicky: What's your future goals for speedcubing? Yiheng:I hope I can win in Seattle in 2025 and will break 2x2 World records.
@@T-Fauballthe 2x2? I mean you can get way faster by knowing only like 8 also and get sub 7 average. Could go even further and get sub 4 by learning a few more
Hi CubeRoot, you might want to look into the "sliding" timer starts that Yiheng does. Read on WCA forum the thread called "Explicitly allow - or disallow - “sliding” timer starts". There is also a video called "GET INSTANTLY 0.15 FASTER WITH THIS SIMPLE TRICK" by Dawid Wójcik on RU-vid showing how the "sliding" timer starts work. I just want to let you know that you should help Yiheng address this issue As SOON As POSSIBLE (I know it is not easy but it has to be done). They are already talking about disqualifying the average when they could have addressed it over a year ago.
@@cuberootme From now on need to copy all of Zayn timer starts and stops (Zayn is considered the gold standard it seems). Because even after this "sliding" timer start gets resolved in Yiheng's solves, they will go after the timer stops 100%. I believe the way they analyse frame by frame is pause the RU-vid video and click on the ">" key on the keyboard to go forward and the "
They always say this, and it's always proven to be false, but in my mind, this is the _last_ 2x2 world record average *. *By someone who's not Yiheng Wang
@@user-dk9vm8re7l sorry but tymon isnt close to yiheng, tymon's avg pb is like 4,78 but thats like a common average for yiheng, he has like 15 sub 5 averages, and apparently he is now learning zbll, which will make it even harder to catch up to him
@@cuberootme A4b "The competitor uses their fingers to touch the elevated sensor surfaces of the Stackmat timer" he uses his hands not his fingers...A6a "The competitor releases the puzzle before stopping the solve, and stops the solve by stopping the timer" Some of these its hard to tell if he FULLY let go of the puzzle making them sketchy this also goes along with A6b2 "If the timer stops before the competitor has solved the puzzle and displays a time of 0.06 seconds or higher, then the attempt is disqualified (DNF)" IT ALSO goes along with A6c "The competitor must fully release the puzzle before stopping the timer. Penalty: disqualification of the attempt (DNF)" so yes there IS MANY WCA Regulations against it and i recommend you take a look at the regs to refresh your-self
@@RandomVideos_Stuff dude, I don’t think you know the wca reg better than me. He has his partial fingers on the timer. If you think it’s sketchy on A6, please provide proofs otherwise it’s unfair for a competitor. Some facts that the video can’t tell doesn’t mean yiheng violates anything. The delegate and WCA has already clearly admitted the results without any doubt. If you still think you are right, try posting it on WCA forums.
