I have a 14900k and it still. I have only gotten to 30 percent utilization of my cpu, but I also have only gotten to 10k population lol. It may just be a cpu utilization problem in the game.

@@johnbugner8717 cs2 mostly uses gpu for simulation , so it depends on your gpu

Ah don´t worry even with 24GB Graficcard, the performance is rigged ;) Hope they will fix this...

Maybe I'll have to make a video taking a deeper look at traffic and other metrics in this city. I will say that I have struggled with traffic for this entire playthrough.
