This game had everything, on rails shooter , sniper sim, car , multiplayer, couch co-op , a good story. Fine wine 🍷 aging right here. And the way you tell it….. masterpiece.
You literally brought up a game that is super important to me that I was sure everyone forgot about by now. This is the game me and my grandfather bonded with when I was a young kid. I’m emotional from seeing this and remembering the good times. It’s true what they said when we were growing up, that we’ll miss our childhood one day. Glad I was a ps2 kid and wish I could go back.
Man I was obessed with this game as a kid. Me and my friend would load up skyrail and spawn camp the npc with the sentinel missiles. I was always too scared to do the night shift mission 😢 awesome video
My brother and cousin grew up playing this for hours. Hardest multiplayer set up automatics in Phoenix Base. We're now in our 30's and still every christmas get together and play that and rush 2049 on n64... Good times
whats crazy is that the pc version of this game has another story more or less, like for example the second mission on the pc edition is the first one on ps2 edition, the double cross mission which is the 4th on on ps2 is the second one on the pc version aswell to name a few differences, even the antagonist is the same (Drake) but everything is so different, you should look it up i recently beat it
this is my favorite 007 game of all time, i use to play it all the time with my friends back in the day and my one friend would always horde that damn Sentinel rocket launcher haha, yes im still friends with that friend and yes he still hordes that damn sentinel if we play it LOL
I actually installed the pc version of this like a year and a half ago or so for nostalgia and I actually found a server with 2 people and thought I was having a fever dream.
we played this on gamecube i believe i remember mission 1 you can shoot a hanging box so it falls on someone's head and the bond music plays so when we did ANYTHING we would say "bond would totally (action)" because we wanted the bond music for all the random crap we did. "bond would shoot random henchman" lol
I cut my video game teeth on GoldenEye 64. I was a massive Bond fan, yet somehow this game fell under my radar. How?! That multiplayer looked like the exact sort of thing I would have loved.
