In this video I cover our testing and repair process for the 2001-2003 Ford F-150 Power Door Lock Module. This is a commonly failing component. The relays fail on the board and the door lock actuators no longer unlock when commanded by the switch or the key fob. We build this testing rig to both test used units and verify the repair.
