please help me to solve this problem "Create a 'Confirmed no. of mentees on all projects' field in Contracts & Pipeline object. For each Project related to a Contract there is a User Engagement related list. In each User Engagement related list there is a mentee record and a mentor record. We need to know the number of registered mentees on each project which can be taken from 'Total Registered Mentees' The 'Confirmed no. of mentees on all projects' field should contain the sum of all 'Total registered users' for each User Engagement record where Type = Mentee Would be great if this could be done using Flow builder - so it's more easily maintainable"

Auto- Update status based on End date or start date Hi there, I have 4 date fields on my status Update - Start and End Date. I also have a Status field containing the following values: - ongoing - Completed - pending -Paused Just wondering what the best way of auto-updating the status would be, based on the Start and End Dates, without being dependent on a User editing the record first.

Create a formula field of type boolean and once it is checked bases on date field it will then trigger the record triggered flow.

In workflow rule before the record is save doesn’t work. You have to use flow for that.
