My Tiger 800 XRT returns 58 - 60 mpg at 55 to 60 mph making it the most fuel efficient of the large bikes I've owned . It's easily the most satisfying bike I've owned in 55 years of riding . Triumph Tigers are beyond awsome ! Wahooooo !!!

I always liked the look of these sport touring bikes. One of my "dream bikes" was a Honda I think it was a ST750. It was a smaller version of the ST1100. But, I have a 28" inseam and every touring bike I have ever got on sat too high for me to feel comfortable.

Now THATS an adventure bike ! Better than a BMW or a Motoguzzi. Probably a lot lighter and just as fast.

I sold a Honda Blackbird in February and bought an 01 Tiger 955i and i love it but after riding a sportier machine the handling on the Tiger takes a bit of getting used to especially on sharp bends.Great bike,ive raised the seat height to max as im 6foot 6 tall.
