I learnt about secretomotor innervations of lacrimal gland

I learned about parasympathetic secretomotor fibres,it's origin and course up to lacrimal glands ,which it supplies

I learnt about nerve supply to lacrimal gland

I learnt about the greater petrosal nerve and it goes into the floor of the middle cranial fossa entering foramen lacerum then into pterygoid canal also called vidian canal along with deep petrosal nerve.

I understood that the fibres from superior salivatory nucleus seperates at the geniculate ganglion and greater petrosal nerve supplies the lacrimal gland
