Welcome, I had a couple of dry hours so off I go riding my Honda Goldwing up the Washougal River to Dougan Falls where this guy was busted .. illegal fishing .. bummer :( Lots of people fish, swim, or maybe raft this river so it is important to learn the rules and safety guidelines so don't end up in jail or dead ! That being said come join me as I enjoy the beauty of this river and the area.
