More content like this. We Maharashtrians make it in double fold or triangle which are roasted on tawa. We have separate spoon n cleaned regularly. No salt in steel, no garam masalas in common dubba, no hing as all masalas will smell same.

I had started using induction stove and i was unable to make rotis in the fluffy manner on fire and i was thinking roti achi nai ban rahi....but i understood that unknowingly this method is correct🙂...now i don't have to feel bad
One more benefit of storing all masalas separately is that it reduces chaos in the kiotchen as well, I love organisation everywhere. Just like closet, if your kitchen is organised well, there is less chaos and more peace of mind when you cook food and that energy gets transferred to your food as well
