And one of the most unhygienic thing in the house is cell phone...we sneeze, cough while talking over it...touch it with dirty hands such as while doing safai, having food, cooking etc...place it on dirty surfaces...share it with others...i clean my phone with sanitizer every alternate day.
I have seen haryanvis practice intensive hygiene..my mother is haryanvi and we two sister have learnt the same from her...my father is punjabi and he and all his relatives are extremely unhygienic...i used to live in pg in chandigarh and found that all those girls who otherwise wear fashionable clothes , make up and look so beautiful are actually so dirty from inside...one girl used to take kadhai filled with water to the toilet when there was no water in the tank...very rare are those women who do everything in the kitchen n home perfectly...and all those unhygienic people call us mother and daughters very 'vehami'.....but this much hygiene (without any outside help) can be practiced only if husband and children contribute in household work...ek safai kare aur doosre ganda toh safai nhi reh skti...women have so much to do at home.

Kitchen scrubber should be replaced every month atleast. Maids don’t really rinse well. Nails I don’t grow neither do i use nail polish because i cook daily. It’s impossible to keep long nails clean. A good maid is worth every penny. You are right about women closing eyes on antics of maid. I use microfiber to clean kitchen , pocha and use good mops ,keep them clean. Maids don’t even wash the pocha cloth once in a while.There are very good mops available which should be used. You are absolutely right about freshly cooked food which automatically tastes better. Also reheating food especially liquid food is not done properly which doesn’t kill bacteria causing food poisoning. Microwave heating is good for certain things but not everything. The problem is nowadays girls don’t learn housework or kitchen work from mothers from young age so its not a priority for them when married or even with small children around.
Good video. Just want to add a few things. All micro Fibre clothes are bad since the shed micro fibers which enter our food and is very bad. Instead I use bamboo fibre reusable kitchen roll. It's very soft, environment friendly and last very long. Dish washing liquid are also available which use plant enzymes. Much better than vim etc. I also add my own cleaning liquid made of tamarind, lemon and vinegar. Sharing all this for the benefit of larger audience!!
I am a working lady, doing 9 to 5 job. My fridge top is clean with no sticker or flag on it. My bartan zuna is 100 percent clean n dry under sun , no masaladani mixture, washing 50 percent of utencil myself. Kitchen geyser is being used in summer also for better cleaning. Only one thing that is about roti, I will work on it.
I have studied microbiology we performed a practical. We grew bacteria on the medium from different places in the college and canteen was the most contaminated area and washrooms were the least.😊
Thanks a lot, why not men take over the complete charges. Women are eqally contributing in financial matters and men have no right to scan and instruct all the mistakes of women. please suggest men tto equally give their contribution in the daily chores of household work instead of sitting and commanding.

During my college days happened to meet a doctor ,met him over a breathing issue. He asked me to cut my nails on my right hand immediately and on my left hands to keep it short. Also use of nail polish to rare to minimum. Till date I follow it very religiously. Long nails r one of the contributors in TB among ladies.
Nice video and information😊 But one side you always say that ladies must work outside and on other side you are makinga video as if it is only ladies duty to keep all these household tthings in order. I would say that both partners should be responsible to earn money outside and also for household things.
Good points. But We already take care of all these things and our south Indian old traditional kitchen system takes care of most of these things. Here many people again rinse all the vessels washed by maids before using them. We don't mix the utensils used for cooking and eating and drinking. They are washed and kept separately. Usually if all members of family wash there own plates and drinking glasses much of the problem is solved. We must teach kids from early age to clean there plates ,lunch boxes water bottles, etc then life will be much better.
Only 1 is missed with me. Another recommendation for aata gundana is one can use food processor that has aata making attachments in the bigger bowl. One can argue not to use that because it's plastic. Then no choice than man doing it. Pl add those 150 different things in future videos. True that food is medicine in India. Guruji, Pl give insights on why should NRIs come back to India.

There is gap between Fridge. It is cleaned once a month. Dishwasher in house yes. We have 2 maids and one of them only comes to our house for precooking and other helps.
