For me it has to be Stuttgart 1998, but all of the performances of it from 98-2002 were incredible, back when they were at their live best (at least in my probably I’ll-informed opinion)

i know the neck pickup is set low, but 4:11 shows how really deep it is. that might play a role to his tone too.
