Some of my experience with this issue. The oem iacv is really expensive. Even after I clean it I'm still getting rough idle. You can kind of adjust the position of the iacv it gives some play. I took it off like 5 times to clean it and make sure it spins freely, added some DW40. I got nothing to loose. The rpms are still at 1100. So I'm definitely replacing with an off brand one from autozone. Currently waiting on part. Wish everyone luck it didn't work for me. Wish I knew how to calibrate it or something.
