Help please, i need your assistance to restore VMC 650 PRODIS, Fanuc Series 0i MC lost data due to failed dry cell battery. the machine has lost all its parameters, and the memory is completely empty.
It worked up until I had to turn off the machine, when I turned it on again there was an error saying "device not ready, push any key". I followed every instruction to the letter. What went wrong?
some models/usb will work for channel 17 only for text file ... but not sure will work after rebooting for binary files (SRAM and user data..etc) ..... best is to use channel 4 and CF (compact flash ) card.. that will work for sure every time .. joseph
Ok , thanks for uploadin video such as this one. I have a question... the problem is that operator couldnt power up a machine so he press reset and delete buttons while powering up a machine. It errased all memory data , parameters , macros .... everything. The only backup i have is the one that came with a machine from manufacturer. It contains a sram ,nc option , nc parameter , pitch, pc parameter , and system list ... some of those are txt files and some are 000 or 001 ext. Whn i transfer all those files to memory card and i run restore backup in boot menu it ony restore sram_bak.001 cannot find oprm_inf file and also restores pmc1.000 ... when i turn control on it removes all erors that i had but i can not reach to parameters any more. When i press system -> softkey for parameter does not exist. Does anyone have any idea. I think backup i have does not contain all data or im doing something wrong
Виктор Сугак thanks for you reply . It only tells me that SRAM file i have does not contain all data. Cause when i load it there is no softkey with parameters
@@markoosmanovic4686 The SRAM file contains all the data. Just the Options button is closed there. I know where the SYSTEM button closes; this is parameter 3208 # 0. You can enter the limited parameters through the OFF / SET button -> SETTING -> PAGE DOWN
