04 mercury grand marquis crown victoria blend door actuator replacement and eatc o ring replacement 

When the orings Crack or dry up it causes the controls not to work. It works from a vacuum. So when the controls don't work it's bc of a vacuum problem. Orings is a good place to start

I believe I had to break it to get it out

Transmission getting tired

I love my all stock 2000 Mercury grandmarquis just got it February. 6 passanger its roomy the trunk is enormous. And they float down the road like a couch.
