Beautiful block. I really appreciate your explaining how to get and watch for all the points that need to be considered when sewing. I think one day I will get it so that my sewing might look really good, may take me awhile but I will get there. I LOVE the point trimmer ruler, it has helped me so much. I just need to get a bigger ruler holder😀

It looks harder then it really is, after you explained the process, I thought, “Oh,” thats really easy!! ❤. The block looks so cute in the old fashioned prints with a variety of colors. This one is definitely going on my “to do” list. I have so many quilts in various stages of construction, and several more already cut out, waiting in shoe boxes to be stitched. I’m so bad at that.

I’d be lost without my Accuquilt! You could cut 2.5” strips and I’m thinking you could cut HST pieces for the chisel points as well. This is a wonderful pattern. TFS

Hi Carol, I would definitely go for the sashing. For a 6 x 6 block layout without the Sashing, you would only have to match 42 seams when you attach each row. What could go wrong😭
