052 - Pastured Pork: Time to process our pigs 

Today we bring 2 of our pigs to the butcher to be processed. We raised these pigs as rotationally grazing livestock.
We want to be able to be close to the process of raising our food. We also want to be able to provide for our friends, family, and community as well.
