SCV netcode IS good enough to play online in generell like offline. And who came up with this SC2 dolphin emu!? Seems much better than SC2hd online.

Yes, with back GI leaving you more plus than forward GI. The opponent can try to re GI and 2G as well

HD version has an extra Character and online - but dont have japanese voice acting and no 4:3 screen format. The rest of the game is the same.
