SPENCER, Iowa - The southern side of Spencer, Iowa in particular is being devastated by the flooding off of the Little Sioux River. With water levels rising dramatically - many are saying this flood rivals or beats the flooding of 1993 that crippled the region. There is no way to cross the river in the area without driving approximately 90 miles. Emergency services are staged on both sides of town. Hospital on the north side with a fire truck and ambulance staged on the south side. Emergency services also being provided by boat as residents are still stranded. It’s unknown if the river has actually crested as the gauge has been having issues.

There also can be legislation to stop weather modification. There are 6 or 7 states that have been aware of the weather enhancement that can be done. It has been going on for many years. Taking care of our environment is important. Listening to scientists ,instead of a politician like John Kerry, is important to get more factual information..

i've been staying at the Reston Inn in Spencer they have Truck Parking for Truckers. Well, looks like they got flooded too. everything's flooded. wow. that looks bad. How do you fix flood damage like that and how long does that take? How many restoration companies are there? or whatever its called they need dozens of them or more hundreds. That's going to take forever to clean up.

well the water just took over a whole city there’s alot more than oil in the water lol every cleaning chemical under the sinks in there

Bring the boats up to where you can reach them, there's supposed to be more rain coming. Bad storms predicted for Modday thru Tuesday for the 5 state area. God have mercy!

Next, the floods all over the US are getting worse because of fossil fuel burning. The billions of dollars In flood losses in the upper Midwest this week are the result of warmer air holding more moisture. Trump told the oil companies he’d sort them continue to get rich while sticking working Americans with the flood cleanup tax bill!
