thanks for the videos. I'm training my bot, but I'm breaking my head trying to connect DialogFlow CX with Google Calendar or Google Spreadsheet. now it uses webhook to connect them, but I can't get it to work. you know how to do it?

@@peterfessel9910 Hello!!! Okay, then I reply to the email. I also tell you that I made it work through APIWAY.AI. I am currently using Trello to organize customer requests. In the conversation with the virtual assistant, I try to discriminate if the request is for a problem claim, a query about the service offered, an online payment notification, a request for a personalized payment link, etc. Through various webhooks, cards are created in Trello according to the type of request.

Hi Peter. thank you so much for your videos, really useful ! Just a question : in ES, any intent is by default an entry/start intent. Is it possible in CX ? Thank you !

Hi Mickaël, good question! No, in CX an intent will only be fired if wrapped inside a page and when the flow reaches that page.

I think that could be one solution, yes. Could you maybe share a bit more context so I can understand your use case, please?

@@peterfessel9910 Thank you Peter. In my case, I use chatbot to answer before sales & after sales questions. So there is not a question/intent that will begin every conversation. I used DialogFlow ES, because I think it's better regarding my needs.
