【Mocomichi Style】#064 Japanese style hayashi rice
【Ingredients/amount】
Minced beef-------300 g
Onion----------------1
Brown mushroom-----4
Vegetable oil-----------1/2 Tbsp
Flour----------------------2 Tbsp

Butter-------10 g
Salt and pepper------a little per each
Grated ginger---------½
Tomato paste----------2 Tbsp
Canned tomato (cut)---200g
Red wine------------------60 ml

Japanese stock soup----150 ml
Rice---------------------------2 servings
Parsley (chopped)--------desired amount
【Cooking process】
①Cut onion thinly against the fiber, slice mushrooms vertically.
②Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry up onion and beef mixed with flour lightly, add the mushrooms and A, and fry them up, pour in Japanese stock soup and simmer until it starts to thicken.
③Decorate ② with rice on a plate, sprinkle parsley.
【Tip】
*It would be good to make hayashi rice with tomato puree or tomato ketchup.
*Nicely stock soup flavored western cuisine, Japanese style.
*It’s okay to sprinkle peas or add chopped carrot as a color accent!!
