Sir, this is what my experience says as well. But, on internet so many people have made it their mission to confuse prople. Especially last point is very true. Lot of people make you feel as though you have to constantly run behind titles and ptomotion. At work also, they try to put fomo in you.

Please consider reducing the time duration of your videos. If a video is more than 12 minutes long, you may lose a lot of potential viewers who may not be able to invest the time of 25 minutes or more to watch your videos. Plus most people have shorter attention spans.
What I can see in my experience with 3-4 companies. They always keep managerial posts for the community of owners. If 20 mangers are there then definitely 15 are from owners relatives or same community. They will never give chance to outsiders/others. Even this is bad for any organisation, always keep diversity in company. Even you see the listed companies then also they are doing same… Pvt sector there are dominations of upper caste people. Except 4 I follow everything else, I was new in city and was lonely so thoda oversharing ho gaya 😅 I don't participate in gossip meetings, however I found that people are gossiping about me (unhone kudh ne chahe pura database hi kyun na uda diya ho) this is creating an unconscious bias in my manager's mind that I am not working properly or whatever which is not necessarily true and my manager is not even giving me chance to highlight the importance of things that I have achieved or my contributions to the team. Can you please address this issue of corporate politics 🙏🙏

I am working in IT sector currently in dubai earning good money living with wife and kid.. I plan desperately to get back to India and join father business I am 30 years and have decent savings. I am thinking to move back but don't feel like quiting this job beavuse of earning..how to plan these things
If you join father make sure your father is willing to share the profit with you. When we live away we tend to befooled by our emotions but parents relatives don't have any feelings.
