I recently made an R Shiny app at work for data exploration. While it made for a great user experience, the development of the app was rather involved. I think Pluto with PlutoUI is a great alternative for a leaner and faster way to quickly iterate on the data exploration step of a project. And you get to document your findings at the same time... great! Thanks for the great tutorials! They are now part of my week-end routine 🙂
I just became a member of your channel. I have been using HTML and CSS in Pluto. In the not-too-distant future, I will see how I can use JavaScript as well. Pluto was inspired by Observable notebooks, after all.
FYI, if you click & hold your mouse on a slider, you can use the arrow keys to adjust the slider value incrementally. Right & up both increment the value. Left & down both decrement the value.
16:43 can u make that showing a bit more modular? ofc that's more to do with the language and logic itself, and not with Pluto/UI. but still. so like: if ( this in the array ) then print this / include this in the output if ( that in the array ) then print that / include that in output
