In depth interview- why certain practices are done in insiders perceptive Can be done in less sample size Focus group discussions- open discussions esp social norms ,cost effective, can't get personal details Participant observation - researcher becomes participant.

Even a school student would be able to explain better. Reading slides is not teaching. Didn't expect this from an icmr faculty of such level.
