Those "first gen" are really coming into perspective now in terms of how forward thinking they were. Back then, it was the first time anyone had ever heard of the electric/gas combo. Today, you simply cannot compete at this level without it. In fact, you can't compete if even if you're a "first gen". Credit to Tesla for pushing the battery tech. Credit to Porsche/Ferrari/McLaren for combining the two and credit to Lambo for pushing it beyond what anything else has ever been before. I truly believe the future of automobiles is not the argument between battery and ICE; it will be the battle of who can combine them the best. The future is incredible.

Cannot believe people on here are complaining about this lamborghini against the SF90. This is the entry model, there will be others coming out in the near future with much more power and less weight, example ; Aventador vs. Aventador SVJ. Hello morons. Think first. Most customers don´t care about the SF90 or already own one 😂. It´s always the broke fanboys that show up to car meets that have the biggest mouths about cars they will never own. Lamborghini serves its purpose well, its a luxury sport cruiser that isn´t a complete pain to get serviced. Something broke fanboys never have to think about because they are not buying it!
Great video. But I have to say that I am a bit fed up with the car industry. The fact that Lamborghini has a car with 1001(+1 over 1000), feels like they are run by the marketing department instead of the engineers who try to squeeze out as many HP as humanly possible. There is no way in hell that extra hp was an accident.
The engine itself produces 825hp each 3 of the emotor can produce 148 but we just dont add it up to 444hp the battery limits it to only produce 180hp so 825+180=1005hp
The sound this car makes almost makes it seem artificially piped in through the speakers. 😅 I wonder if there is even a small percentage that Lamborghini (VW) would do this?

When carwow did the drag with sf90. How is it possible that sf90 is much faster?I get the lambo is a bit heavier. But still. Is it because of the naturally aspirated engine vs the ttv8? That's my assumption. Both cars have 3 electric motors. I assume the ice, with the ttv8 on the sf90 has the advantage. Obviously not the sound. The lambo wins my a mile long. I just assumed it would be a bit closer. Who know maybe we will c other races that will be much closer
Needs to be two and two.. two hundred pounds lighter and two hundred more horsepower.. lambo had over three/four years to sit back and watch the sf90 and finally come out with something faster, lighter, but they didnt and its slightly disappointing..
