Hello, Been doing a bunch of work to it over the last year. Fixing some leaks and electrical. Hopefully in 2023 I will take it out alone and throw a brick on the gas pedal haha!

Think Eliminator Boats did themselves a disservice by not keeping the 22 & 24 fts in production in this shape & 4mat . The revamped 22ft doesn't look as gr8 as the older style.
Sweet boat! Id suggest getting a imco -2 shorty lower drive with 1.36 ratio, probably would pick up quite a bit of speed. You didn't mention the CI of the engine but 1100 on pump gas seems a bit hopeful IMO still a bad ass piece regardless! Btw the hopping you mentioned is notorious for the 22s. From about 75-90 they hop pretty bad. I've heard tunnel extenders can help.
Thank you. I looked at those lowers and the price is t really worth the increased speed it will bring, however I am currently looking into some trim tabs to aid the porpoise. As for the engine its a dart 565. I believe they are close to 1000 hp without the blowers, so I think with 10psi 1,100 is more than reasonable
@@Robert-mn8gc 1400 hp on a roots style blower isn't happening with pump gas. My cousin built a 632 with 14-71 all top shelf parts. Tuned it for 91 octane, it made a little over 1100. If you were to go turbo or whipple that is another story.
@@slightlymodified501 I swapped my standard lower on my 25 daytona and gained 13 MPH. I went from 88-101! I was pretty stoked with the gain. Not sure if it would equate the same on your package but I'm sure it would be substantial.
That boat goes 130+ I use to own It.... it's been threw some people cause they don't know how to take care of motors and drives...if you want to sell it I'll buy it back
