Thanks! Very appreciated! All panels were redo in this model, using 0.15 and 0.2 mostly. When wide paneling was required i arrived at 0.3 as maximum limit

Great work! The usage and color scheme of the metal color is good. Partial usage of silver and copper The borderline by SUMIIRE is also wonderful. I enjoyed it.

A little tip about the lights flickering in your B roll shots. Sync up the framerate to the output of your lights. Depending on your power source the frame rate will have to match. It just depends if you are using 50 or 60HZ

Dude, I love your work and am hugely inspired. I would love you to do a video on the materials you use and why, I know its not your jam but hearing peoples views who are on your tier (god tier) is incredibly helpful.

I’ll definitely do something more technical in the future. I still have a lot to learn about producing videos so i’m going slowly. In addiction i hate listening my voice, even more if I speak the bad English I speak:)

Damn that is just gorgeous! It's a shame that the frame is covered up with armor though but the armor is also gorgeous. The way you painted the white outline on the shoulder armor is genius. I'll just bought this kit so I'll have to use that technique too. I have a couple questions. 1) What kind of glue do you use? 2) What brand/ model is your bottom feed airbrush? Thanks!

Hello. Thank you so much, glad you liked. I use different kind of glues. Tamiya cement and “extra-thin” for the frame and CA glue for final armor assembly. I have not a favorite airbrush brand. I tried many and i can say the ones got more longevity were Paasche. Recently i’m using MadWorks airbrushes which i was called to test and i must say they are very very good!

Two questions 1) I assume your using super glue to attach the armor pieces? 2) are you using a brush for your panel line clean up?

didnt know Volks started making FSS kits in plastic now, i only remember the terrible one made by Wave back then. would you say the Volks plastic kits is on par with resin kits?

The KOG was already released in plastic in early 90s actually . Never liked that kit but came with buster launcher, the new IMS does not. Can’t say are better or worst, plastic is a different world than resin. But for being plastic kits i can say they managed to faithfully reproduce the classic top-level details Nagano did in his designs. Even if kinda tricky and abstruse sometimes they are amazing kits once finished, both in proportions and details

This is the first time I've heard or seen anything about this series, can any FSS fan fill me in on the reason for that big ass head? Also if the manga/anime is worth checking out? (And why does the sword looks phallic)

Yes, FSS Manga is a masterpiece, unfortunately the english version was closed few years back. FSS design are full of references of old mythologies and symbolisms. Phallic themes are quite usual as a symbol of fertility. On top of the head it has another penis, vagina and spermatozoids. It’s complicated, but KOG is the Mortar Headd of an emanation of God Amaterasu
