I'm just starting in this beautiful world of die cast cars and I really appreciate to find videos than help me decide which car get so thank you so much!
That matte black is gorgeous, but the non opening frunk and engine lid are a deal breaker for me. The Maisto is just a better buy with the seats, suspension, caliper lettering and the ability to open all the doors
the red elite laferrari by hotwheels is extortion (160 bucks where I live). Yellow or black ones go for 120ish. I got my 1/18 bburago laferrari for 35 bucks, so I cant complain. Take a paint brush, paint the steering wheel buttons, paint the underside of the rear engine cover black and you already got a 60 bucks signature laferrari lol. 3:41 I feel like this is little fender indentation is a mold flaw in the bburago factory because all their laferraris have this problem on the left side
This is an exemple of how Hot Wheels are great at advertising, their products are the worst on the market, cheap and a lot of feature are missing for example the suspensions which are a must on 1/18 but they sell very well. People are scammed by these companies.
The diecast, Yes how you doing tonight? I believe that the Maisto LaFerrari looks a lot better then the Hot Wheels version, one of the reasons is because Bonnet Hood indoors all open up and that's a good point.. for me a good model is a model where are all the doors trunk and hood open up and with a lot of interior details to it. I have the Ferrari xxk and it has a lot of detail features in the interior. That's the red and white with silver pinstripe number 10.
I think you should credit your red LaFerrari as a Bburago model, not Maisto even if you bought it in Maisto box. Simply because license to make Ferrari models belongs to Bburago (now under May Cheong Group)
yeah i know, there has been some controversy lately over what to call it, but it does say Maisto on the bottom of the mode. It's really just personal preference in my opinion. Even though the licensing doesn't belong to them.
Thanks for the great review! But I got to tell you, you are really harsh handling the models! :) I dont see them lasting that long in your hands. I have found that when you dont treat them with a lot of love, they start falling apart. Anyway keep up the good work!
Damn mirrors are reeeaal delicate on the Hot Wheels as I've personally experienced, glued on twice and it still broke the passenger side mirror off so I just gave up on further attempts at fixing it.
bro if you cuztomize you 1/18 bburago laferrari race and play it will become detailed and you will be happy with it 1. disamble 2.clean the dust 3. Use water colour to paint buttons 4.add Window by using the clear sheet of your diecast box 5. Detail the seats with small paint brush 6.assemble it It will be better than the signature series I also do this looks so good with the windows and it will worth it
I’ve only seen one LaFerrari in person, and I’m looking forward to adding the Maisto/Bburago LaFerrari to my supercar collection. Also, the LaFerrari is my dream car
Why compare a expensive model to a cheap model? What do you expect? The cheap to win? Well certainly, it depends on whichever you liked. But for me: Whats the point of buying 1 expensive one when its gonna sit at your shelf collecting dusk when i could get multiple models doing the same? Surely, if you buy and planning to sell it after 15 years, you arent a collector.
LOL! You obviously aren't a collector if your gonna just buy multiple models of the same car. I don't let my models collect dust. I don't plan on selling them at ALL. I'm sure you are putting your models through torture if you are saying they are gonna sit at your shelf collecting dust. What is the point of buying multiple models while you can save up for an expensive one which is gonna be more rare and is better. But again that's your understanding so you can stick with it.
I used to have the same mentality, why have 1 car when you can have 10 cheaper cars? But once I got my hands on an Autoart, the difference is night and day imo. You appreciate the fine details, and you get what you pay for.
Tbh the hot wheels one is good, but WAY too over priced. The Maisto doesn't have as good quality, but DEFINITELY a better price. I actually have a LaFerrari from maisto in red and black wheels :D
Maisto one better for your money in my opinion. . Also you could take apart and repaint matte black and put decals on . . . If it turns out bad only spent $15 🤑
You clearly ate a Hotwheels fan. The headlights look brigher in th HW due to the black paint contrasts. The Maisto is a better looking car imo but the ability to have opening doors/hood trunk and engine detail of the Maisto makes it a no comparison. Due to your loyalty to HW why even have the Maisto there. Just show the HW and what you think of it.
When he shows hotwheels interiors and says " this is where your money is going to"... I thought he was going to show a toilet. Those hotwheels pigs do not make an acceptable opening parts diecast basic model , so that they can sale a 250 box model. As an italian said "should be a crime let hotwheels to represent a ferrari" i am glad hw lost licensing.
Boy, you do have a rough handling on the models. I supposed you are still a boy and not a model collector. I don’t think you are qualified to put this on RU-vid. Go back and play with your toys which your heavy hand won’t destroy them.
