The Modell is a "Mopf2" "E-Klasse". It was introduced in 1993. 1989, Was the "Vor-Mopf" (Mopf=Modelpflege=Facelift)

Nice video, but the manufacturer has mistaken the year of construction for this model. This is not version from 1989, Rather the last version so 1994 - 1995.

Nice video!!!!! I really like the w124 Mercedes, I actually own a 1994 w124 wagon. A little advise from a Mercedes mechanic, your w124 models are either a 1994 or 1995 not an 1989. You have the late model not the early one👨🏻‍🔧🇺🇸. But I really do like your Mercedes w124 models!!!!

W124 by Iscale seems to be much nicer than the W124 made by ModelCarGroup , costing just a bit more. Iscale W126 and W140 seem to be fairly close to Norev fit and finish but besides the fact they don't open anything , do they have carpeted and detailed interior as NOREVs ?

"Metallic paint" doesn't look good on models because the grain is too large and too visible and you can immediately tell it's a model.

I'll never buy a closed diecast (or resin). It's just not worth it.Such a modell should be more trough to life but not a statue.The producers are trying very hard these days to change collector's habit&taste and they promote most closed resin,just because it's way more cheaper to produce and more efficient to sell at almost the same price !!

Everything on iScale MB w124 looks pretty decent except the rear bumber at the sides. This was done pretty bad. AutoArt model is by far better, nicer, with better quality.

That is very obvious but compare also the price for both one for $70 and the other is almost $400 now

@@coolhotthing That’s true, but 12 years ago when I bought AA w124 it was around 100eur. Diecast, all openings, while nowadays they make them from thin damn plastic and then they do almost everything good and then ruin back bumper. When you hold iScale w124 in your hand the feeling is as you are holding any other 2 yrs kids toy.
