im agree with you. the hood vents, caron fiber hood,racing seatbelts and decalls should be on this car.

The model looks gorgeous and I agree with you totally about the sealed plastic instead of meshed screens as I am a big fan of meshed screens on models. They give the models a high end & realistic look. And yes for $300 usd, it is u acceptable to just cut corner on the screens.

This is not a replica of the old R33. This is a replica of the 500r R33 GTR which was the Tokyo Auto Salon demo car. Ignition did a white, gold and, midnight purple model. You can go to the topsecret website to see the real car. I now own the real car.

u could probly work the back wheels free like the gt models probly does have a axle ...i use wd40 to work gt spirit ones free

very impressive model by ignition model once again! only if they are able to start making models with opening parts, i guess autoart will definitely lose the competition here. IG 1/64, 1/43 should be the standard for all other makers as well

Rob, there is a reason why the original Top Secret GTR 33 wasnt replicated in model form, Smokey had a fall out with the owner of the original Top Secret GTR 33. It was mentioned in "Motive Video" story when he wanted to build a true 1:1 Top Secret GTR 33 replica (Not sure if true or not but seems highly likely that's why we dont see any models of the original Top Secret GTR 33).

Yep, not as good as the recent Gold Top Secret R34, but I will still buy this and add some touch's to it I think, IM cars are for me, currently the best sealed resin at the right price point.

I love how Ignition Models look but regarding value, I'm not sure... I'm ok with the model being closed, but not rotating back wheels? Are all their models like that? (I.e. no suspension, no steering, non rotating rear wheels, etc) For $200+, yikes. But I would really like a Sunny!!! Lol. Darn it!
