As an owner of an 1998. UT XP1 GTR LM I gotta say thank you for this review. You just saved me 40 € I was about to give for an exact model like this. Now when I've seen all of its flaws I gave up on the purchase. My UT is just sooo much nicer in build quality, even though it has its own flaws like the right window and the rear spoiler falling off and the left door hinge set 2mm higher than the right one. The models without suspension are just more realistically proportioned amd balanced. The Guilloy one is even worse than Maisto. Thanks again for the detailed review.
My favorite car! I had it in Maisto version then I found the utmodels and started buy it that brand. I had around 30 cars. I left all the cars in boxes in the garage ready to be shipped cause I moved to Italy then my sister told me that the garage got flooded and I lost all cars
