"And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle [is] the LORD'S, and he will give you into our hands." And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine..." -1 Samuel 17:47-48
The two books of Samuel form a basic foundational study in the Old Testament. An understanding of this basic history is essential, not only to understanding the Old and New Testament, but in gaining a valid perspective of eschatological issues as well.
This study contains 16 hours of verse-by-verse teachings.

Hello. I’m new to Chuck Misslers content and the Bible in general. I saw a video of his recently and he really spoke to me. I’m just not sure where to start with Chucks content. Which book? Or which series of videos?

You can start with this series , just look in the play list for the 1st one, or start either the Genesis series...it's one of my favorites.

I don't think 1 Sam 15:35 is a mistake; there are 2 ways it could be interpreted, and still be correct: 1) "His death" refers to Samuel's death, not Saul's 2) It refers to Saul's death, but the day of his death starts at sundown to start the previous night, and "to morrow" refers to the day of the coming sunrise, even though it is part of the current 24-hour day.
