The 1mm filler to minimize the gap at the front end is a good tip. I haven’t decided on a color yet so I haven’t started mine. Your color is amazing Oleg!

Thanks friend. I use regular sew needle, by which i cutted the half of eye off. I think you understand me, if not, mail me, i send you picture.

Good job! But Tamiya doesn't include windows masks? Furthermore, to obtain a cleaner outline is it better to use acrylic paints or lacquers and remove the tape when everything is dry or not? Thank you.

thanks mate. My way is not to do a wet layer, because tape can damage paint film. Therefore, i do lot of thin layers, then is not relevant when you peel the mask off.

@@Scaleautoshop Ok, but why do you create the masks? I think the Tamiya ones are precise compared to other brands, like Fujimi.

there is no mask in kit. Tamiya suppose that black trim obtained from big frame part. It looks weird. The same was on the McLaren Senna.

acrylic or lacquer are equal for windows trim.

Very nice job. May I ask... how much would it cost to build this car without having beforehand the colors, tools, etc. ? I mean the total price of the car itself plus all that is needed to build it.

hi! thanks for comment and sorry for late reply. the Kit costs about 50usd. For work i do not know. Depends on your rate. My build took about 60 hours.
