Your simultaneous show-AND-tell style of presentation is superior to most modelling RU-vidrs. Really enjoyed this one, and am looking forward to the series. 🙂
Great construction, waiting for future deliveries, thanks to you I finally see the Fujimi model in real scale. I see a lot of work with the paragrafix, anxiously awaiting the end. Regards Chris
Please do a detailed video on programming the adafruit trinket. I learn a lot about wiring and LEDs from your videos. There’s not a lot of scale model specific coding videos on RU-vid. Would be nice to see your process. Looking forward to this project!
Very nice. Also got this (and photoetch!) in the stash and might eventually even build it. Just a quick tip, if you cut your photoetch on a hard surface like glass or steel block it stops the slight bend you see at @8:45.
You do great work Chris. BTW Successful model builders always get cut doing PE. We should have some kind of purple heart for modelers because we always put a lot of ourselves in our work. Looking forward to the next video.
G'day Chris, watched all your vids on the big screen for this build. Just wanted to give an acknowledgment thanks for the fantastic V chapters. Great information and presentation through all the build processes and in particular your lighting applications and other mods. What a buzz. Cheers Marty
Hi Chris, I'm glad somone with your skills is doing another build of the BR Spinner and it's looking awesome so far! In terms of colour and lighting, are you going to build it like the life-size 'Hero Spinner'? In that case would you be interested in some valuable reference material that I've gathered over the years? I could e-mail it to you. Looking forward to your progress!
I'm using reference photos of the filming miniature for my build. For lighting, trying to match what's seen in the flying shots. Also doing screen grabs of the hero interior to try and match that
